Information Updates/Changes of Personal Information: It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the PSSSP Coordinator has accurate personal data, including place of residence. This also includes any changes or updates to a program from the institution where the applicant is attending. Failure to update this information could result in a termination of funding through this program.2. Academic Requirements: It is expected that applicants pass each of their courses and maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.0 of a 4.0-point scale. Failure to meet those levels of achievement will result in a student being placed on academic probation, which may also affect a student’s priority status and jeopardize future funding through this program.3. Failure of Courses: If a student fails or withdraws from 50% or more of his/her classes in a semester, he/she will be placed on academic probation, which may also affect a student’s priority status and jeopardize future funding through this program. Post-Secondary Department Responsibilities1. To implement all administrative policies and procedures consistently and fairly.2. To collaborate with the student during their educational journey to ensure success. This includes program of studies (POS) planning, writing letters of support for scholarship and bursaries, and to work together with the Samson student body to further improve policies and procedures.3. To ensure that all agreements with post-secondary institutions are carried out in compliance with the terms and conditions of those agreements.
