Secure Printing

When ready to print your document, go to the File menu and select Print… 

Make sure the printer name is Xerox WC Pro 65.  If it is not, select it in the drop-down box. 

Click on the Properties button.

 In the “Job Type” area, click on the “Normal” drop-down box and select “Secure Print.”

Click "Secure Print Setup…" to select a 4-digit code of your choice, and then re-type that code to confirm it.  Note: this code has nothing to do with your photocopier code, and can be any number you want.

Click “OK,” and then print your document.

Go to the photocopier and push the “Job Status” button.

In the list of waiting print jobs, find and select your print job on the touch-screen.

Release that job, type in your secure code, and then it will print.
